Legacy Woodcraft delivers bespoke designs for your home and commercial projects in Ireland and beyond. We take pride in the quality of our work from; first concept to finished project. All products are created in collaboration with our clients, addressing their requirements and design ideas. We custom build your new furniture or kitchen and expertly install them in your home.

The Legacy Woodcraft Story
The owners of Legacy Woodcraft, Ray Carter and Philip Edgar, are expert cabinet makers. They learned the trade on the island of Ireland, and then worked abroad to gain broader experience. Both working on high-end projects; Phil spent many years in Connecticut and New York and Ray spend time in Australia. Now they’ve brought their experience together in Legacy Woodcraft, delivering world class furniture to their customers. They take pride in getting all the details right, this is what shows true artisan craftsmanship.
The Legacy Woodcraft team are all experienced craftsmen and women. We keep quality at the heart of what we do. Much of our work comes from referrals from previous customers, and that is exactly what we aim for; our work is our business card! Therefore, all images on this site is work completed by Legacy Woodcraft.

With our trademark focus on tailored design, our impeccable attention to detail and our dedication to a high level of personalised service, you can rest assured that when you’re commissioning a project from Legacy Woodcraft, you’re getting a long-lasting, stylish and distinctive design look that will last for years to come.
The Brief
It all starts with your vision and ideas, we visit your home or project and talk through your design ideas, views on materials and the practical requirements of the projects.
The Proposal
We deliver detailed 3D drawings to visualise the design in your space and bring together samples of materials and colours. We will provide a quote and will then refine this based on your choice of finish and materials.
The Factory Floor
Once we have agreed the design and the project has been commissioned we start the build. All is made to measure by our experienced team of craftsmen in our workshop in Co Offaly.
Delivery & installation
We aim to do most of our work in our workshop to be able to install as efficiently as possible in your home or commercial space. Our team are conscious they’re a guest in your space and will always leave a clean and tidy space at the end of the day.
